Jack Steffy, Founder & Executive Director

A rising senior and William H. Danforth Scholar at Washington University in St. Louis, Jack is passionate about reducing barriers to care for vulnerable and underserved populations. Jack became focused on this issue after volunteering as a medical interpreter in St. Louis, participating in a public health focused study abroad program in Chile, and conducting population health research at the UT School of Public Health.

Sarah GiaQuinta, MD, MPH, Secretary

As the Vice President of Community Health at Parkview, Dr. Sarah GiaQuinta’s work focuses on population health and improving health outcomes. Sarah believes that a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the patient is essential to providing appropriate care and improving health outcomes.

Sarah received her MD from the University of Indiana, and her MPH from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

Brady McArdle, CFP, Treasurer

Brady McArdle, CFP, is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management, a fee-only financial planning firm in Fort Wayne, IN. Brady joined the firm after launching his own fee-only financial planning service in 2007. A Fort Wayne native, Brady has always enjoyed engaging with the community and has served on various boards.

Nicole Nelson

Nicole Nelson works as an Instructor at the University of Saint Francis where she teaches Biology, Environmental Science, and Sustainable Food Systems.  Nicole has spent over a decade working in science and environmental education.  Nicole is passionate about working towards a more just and sustainable food system in Northeast Indiana. 

Raquel A. Kline

Raquel is a prominent business leader in the Fort Wayne community, having started her own translation service, LSN, in 2016. Through Language Services Network, Raquel serves the community by providing translational services to non-profit and commercial clients, as well as trainings for bilingual professionals.

Ric Robles

Ric plans to retire from the FWPD with 40+ years of experience as the Multicultural Liaison Officer. Ric advocates for and assists the multicultural communities of Fort Wayne. Ric is passionate about serving the community, and has served on various regional boards. He also coordinates the annual Coat Drive Give-Away.
